Jennifer Joy Freyd is a psychologist, researcher and the founder and president of The Center for Institutional Courage. She pioneered the concept of intuitional courage and its opposite, institutional betrayal, where organizations from universities to corporations create an eco system where whistleblowers are either rewarded for coming forward or retaliated against for speaking up.
