On today’s episode of finding healing and redefining your identity. Elizabeth and I shared very practical steps in order to find healing after rape/sexual abuse. What made her discover that she was being raped so late in life? We then proceeded to tackle issues centred around raising awareness and educating children at early life stages. We tackled other questions like:- How rape/sexual abuse affect your relationship? Why do rape victims stay silent? Why speaking up is so powerful? Hence, we also shed light on the importance and power of speaking up, as well as conquering guilt, shame and fear and practical steps in finding healing and redefining your identity.
