In this sermon, we explore Acts 1, focusing on Jesus' ascension and His command to the apostles to wait for the Holy Spirit. We discuss the disciples' preparation for God's mission through gathering, prayer, and studying the scriptures, emphasising that God's church is empowered by His Spirit to fulfil His mission. Join us as we reflect on the importance of trust and readiness in advancing God's kingdom.
