Kevin is the Managing Director of Odyssey and has worked in the talent identification industry for over 15 years. He is a registered Industrial Psychologist, gamification specialist and holds an MBA with an impressive contribution to the industry is. He is a member of the People Assessment in Industry (PAI) committee, and the Steering Committee of the ATP (Association of test Publishers) presenting regularly at conferences.
