On Thursday, September 6th, 2018, the Quinnipiac University School of Law Federalist Society hosted Alicia Hilton, professor at John Marshall School of Law and a former FBI special agent, to discuss marijuana legalization and its implications for federalism. Professor Hilton was joined by Jennifer Herbst, a professor at Quinnipiac University School of Law and a health law specialist. Their conversation was attended by QUSL students and faculty, members of the public, and media members.
