(00:00-29:48) – Query & Company opens on a Tuesday with Jake Query, Jimmy Cook, and producer Eddie Garrison congratulating the Boston Celtics on winning the NBA Finals. They get into a discussion about how forgotten this championship will be in a few years simply because of how uncompetitive it was. Finally, they get into a discussion about the Pascal Siakam contract extension that could come soon with the offseason officially underway now for the NBA.

(29:48-44:24) – Jake and Jimmy come back from break with Jake asking if the person in the Celtics logo has a name. This leads to Jimmy providing all the answers to Jake’s question about the Celtics logo on display at halfcourt and it leads to Jake educating Jimmy and Eddie about the history of the Harlem Globetrotters.

(44:24-45:53) – Hour one concludes with Jake and Jimmy debating which song people think of first when it comes to Queen.

(48:57-1:12:37) – James Boyd from The Athletic joins Query & Company to explain why the Indiana Fever have been able to win four of their last six games. Additionally, they discuss the growing chemistry between Aliyah Boston and Caitlin Clark. Jake and Jimmy then pivot their conversation with James to the NBA Draft with this being a weak draft class and then evaluate what the Indiana Pacers need to do this offseason after the Pascal Siakam contract extension gets done.

(1:12:37-1:31:41) – Following their conversation with James Boyd, Jake shares a declaration about Indiana football. He and Jimmy go through the schedule for the Hoosiers in Curt Cignetti’s first season as the head coach of the program. Additionally, they dive into comparing the situation that the Pacers are in with Pascal Siakam to the situation the Colts were in with Andrew Luck years ago.

(1:31:41-1:33:56) – Jake, Jimmy, and Eddie close out the second hour of the show by highlighting some of the highest paid players in the NBA in connection with teams wanting out of some of the expensive contracts.

(1:33:56-2:01:58) – Scott Agness from Fieldhouse Files joins Query & Company on a Tuesday to discuss his latest reporting on the Pascal Siakam extension that could be announced any minute. He joins the debate Jake and Jimmy had earlier in the show about the length of the extension, tries to pinpoint how the Indiana Pacers can get better defensively internally with the players on their current roster, highlights the importance of getting Andrew Nembhard’s contract extension done almost immediately after Siakam’s, and does believe that Herb Simon will be willing to get into the luxury tax based off comments made in recent years by the Pacers owner.

(2:01:58-2:15:03) – Jake and Jimmy come back from break by discussing something that Scott Agness pointed out during their conversation about the contracts the Pacers have to discuss this offseason.

(2:15:03-2:23:35) – Today’s show ends with JCook Plays of the Day, Eddie sharing a bet, and JMV joining the guys in studio to congratulate Dave Calabro on his retirement!
