We live in a world where in less than 20 years, the digital space would have advanced to creating a key functioning space for Artificial Intelligence in impacting not only our daily living pattern, also impacting business/ organization processes. Businesses / Brands that will therefore not iterate this advance approach as a means of staying abreast with modern business trend for effective customer relations soon enough, will become either obsolete and irrelevant with their CSR. Obviously, this will have an adverse effect on such business / brand. On this episode I had a guest, the Founder and Creative Director of the CLYDE HARRIS Ent. Talking about his recently launched AI Virtual Assistant which is currently functioning on the CLYDE HARRIS FASHION WhatsApp Business account(BONNIE 1.0), we had a fun discussion on the need for today's businesses to embrace new level Customer Service Relations.
