Kim Fu is a Canadian-born writer, currently living in Seattle. She studied creative writing at the University of British Columbia. She’s now the author of two novels, a collection of poetry, and most recently, a short story collection titled Lesser Known Monsters of the 21st Century. That collection won of the Pacific Northwest Book Award and the Danuta Gleed Literary Award, and was a finalist for the Scotiabank Giller Prize, the Ignyte Awards, and the Shirley Jackson Awards.
