In this Doobie Gay Series episode of PufPod, Ktokes speaks with long-time friend and cannabis consumer Rachael. A native of Rockland County, NY, Rachael has always valued talk therapy, and believes in putting one’s mental health first. She credits her longtime therapist for providing the tools to overcome various hardships throughout her life — and as she battles with issues such as psoriasis and stress — natural self-care is crucial for her; Rachael is a regular at the gym and often participates in outdoor activities, while also enjoying the benefits of responsible cannabis use. She’s an activist for suicide prevention, anti-bullying, LGBTQ+ rights, and The Last Prisoner Project. An alumna of The University at Buffalo, Rachael majored in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. Since her graduation she has worked in Wealth Management, and and is thrilled to now be embarking on the Financial Advisor Training Program. She loves being active, traveling, and spending quality time with friends and family. Currently she is living in Charlotte, NC with her fiancé, Tony, and pup, Sugar.
