It's our 20TH EPISODE of the Property Success Podcast, and we're joined by a power duo of Michelle and Craig who discuss their journey into property investment. Craig, with a background in telecoms, partnered with Michelle, previously in hospitality and coaching.
They transitioned into green technology alongside property to increase their turnover. Facing challenges like the pandemic and energy price fluctuations, they adopted a consultancy approach, focusing on short-term contracts to assist clients.
In this episode we weigh up the options of diversifying income streams, to enable further property investment. Both Michelle and Craig also share deep family motivations and Michelle's mother became their initial investor to kickstart their journey.
