On Episode 211 I sit down with Melani Dizon. Melani is a friend of mine from CrossFit Roots and someone that I have gotten to know better during my time here.
Melani is the Director of Education and Content for the Davis Phinney Foundation and a lifelong writer.
This was a very fun conversation about a wide range of topics along with Melani turning the tables and asking me a few questions at the end.
