In this episode, we will examine the fundamentals of training and education of high-performing teams. We discuss the role of real-world scenarios and high-fidelity training simulations in better-preparing trainees. We'll also discuss the role of high-fidelity simulation in enhancing the learning experience and the metrics used to evaluate training effectiveness.
