Our Lone Star story of the day: A very big stack of Texas and national news and commentary from Election 2024. Sadly, part of the story is that more Texas school districts are blatantly violating the law by using taxpayer money to advocate for passage for their tax rate and bond election. Turkey-Quitaque ISD and Canyon ISD caught. They know beyond all question that their actions are illegal, it is time for prosecutions.
