The diversity of people and thought is what he loves most about his work – he thrives on the opportunity to connect with individuals from all walks of life and collaborate on unique solutions.

Outside of work, you can find Martin spending time with his family or indulging in his love for classic films, particularly those by Quentin Tarantino, the Cohen brothers, or Francis Ford Coppola. One film he'll never get tired of is 'The Godfather' trilogy, having watched it more than 10 times.
