He will articulate a vision few others have articulated: that metro Detroit can be anchor of a super industry: an Industry of the Arts. Plummer will call upon established businesses and entrepreneurs in the motion picture, recorded music, theater, digital media and cultural arts industries to base operations in metro Detroit and take advantage of the talent pool, low costs, and established infrastructure of the region.
