Freddi grew up in Jersey, Channel Islands, and pursued a degree in engineering before landing a job in finance, believing it was his dream career. However, in May 2020, he posted his first TikTok video, which quickly gained traction. This unexpected success ignited his passion for content creation, leading him to optimise his videos to reach and help as many people as possible.
In July 2022, Freddi launched Shred Athletics coaching and was able to quit his finance job six months later to focus on his new venture full-time. Now, he dedicates himself to helping people transform their running times, achieve their fitness goals, and improve their nutrition. With 205,000 followers on Instagram and 267,000 followers on TikTok, Freddi makes online fitness content that inspires and educates his audience. He feels truly blessed to wake up every day and do what he loves, considering it his dream job.
Personable is a podcast dedicated to helping listeners become the best they can be by learning from the world’s best in their respective fields. This mission is inspired by my mother, Louise, who encouraged me to become the best version of myself before she passed away from cancer in 2023.
