PATRIZIA’s flagship living sector development is the Havelufer Quarter in Berlin, comprising more than 1,500 units which house around 4,000 residents. The development caters for a variety of tenant needs, with options for families, senior residents and single residents, and is firmly focused on building a community through the inclusion of amenities such as co-working spaces, a kindergarten and yoga rooms.
