Mr. O’Callaghan shares a set of recovery policies that perform well on both economic and climate metrics, and explains how these climate policies can lead to many environmental, social, health, and political co-benefits. He lastly brings attention to the key considerations for implementing climate policies in the Latin America region specifically.
