Three Sisters Bake, a countryside cafe brand outside of Glasgow opened its first cafe in 2011, were my very first PR client when I went solo and launched my career as a freelance PR consultant.
Over the past eight years the three sisters have risen to the challenge of building a brand against all odds, securing a publishing deal to launch their first cookbook and expanding their business.
With the mantra of fresh, colourful, local food bursting with flavour. Their modern take on the country tearoom offers hearty dishes alongside a cavalcade of delightful cakes and sweet treats.
