Naeem Fazal is the lead pastor of Mosaic Church in Charlotte, North Carolina, popular conference speaker, speaker/coach for Tedx, and author of Ex-Muslim. His incredible testimony has him going from mocking Christians to becoming a Jesus follower dedicated to full time ministry all in the course of one night.

In part 1 of his moving story, learn what it was like to be raised in a conservative Pakistani Muslim family in Kuwait during the Gulf War.

"Growing up, I just didn't question anything. I was kind of in a Muslim bubble. So I just felt like God was just this God who wanted us to be and live a certain kind of way, an do good as much as we could and that's pretty much it. You can't help who you are and you do stuff, but you gotta pay for it. It's really about balancing your sin portfolio."

Hear how the war caused him to move to the US and unknowingly enroll in a Christian college, and how his believing brother gave him a challenge: if you ask God, He will reveal Himself to you.

Naeem started showing up at FCA meetings with his brother, but was mocking Christians. "But that's where I started to hear about this Jesus, this idea of a God who's very relational, who pursues you. I couldn't believe it. It thought it was just a fairytale. And so I would mock [my brother]."
