Hagel describes his "Zoom out, zoom in" approach to strategy and how it all started with a small company in Silicon Valley in the 70s called Microsoft. The approach is summarized as what actions you as a leader need to do in the next six months to seize the long-term opportunity in the future, which is experienced to be one of the biggest challenges for leaders today - acting long-term.
