Welcome to the Nonsense in the Chaos, a weekly podcast where I let the universe lead and take a 'Fool's leap' plunge into the unknown. In this first episode I'll be introducing you to the concepts behind this new podcast and sharing a little a bit about what has led me to this place, where I'm able to relish in the nonsense and the chaos of the universe (from someone who was once a total control freak).
Trigger warnings: I do talk about depression, infertility and suicidal thoughts in this episode, but with a light touch and it leading to uplifting results.
