Umami Grog by Brian Evans • 1 1/2 oz Shitake Mushroom infused Rum • 1/2 oz Amontillado Sherry • 1/2 oz Don’s Mix • 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice • 1/2 oz Miso-Honey Syrup • 1/4 oz Crème de Cacao Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a large glass filled with crushed ice, garnish with a mint sprig, enoki mushrooms and grated nutmeg.
