Atomic cocktails, Fallout, bomb parties, Miss Atomic Blast and surprisingly affordable bunker options. 90 Seconds to Midnight (The Atomic Cocktail revisited) 3/4 oz Aged Jamaican Rum 3/4 oz Cognac 1 Teaspoon Oolong Demerara Syrup** Shake above ingredients with ice, strain into a chilled cocktail glass and top with Champagne or Prosecco. No Garnish. **Oolong Demerara Syrup: Combine 1 cup demerara sugar and 1/2 cup water in a pan on a low heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Once sugar has dissolved, add 1 Oolong teabag, steep over low heat for 5 minutes to infuse. Do not boil. Remove teabag, bottle syrup and keep in fridge. Lasts a couple of weeks, if not longer. Thermal Shadow 1 oz Spiced Rum 1 oz Chinotto Liqueur 1/2 oz Blanco Tequila 5 oz Chinotto Soda 1/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice Add ingredients to an ice filled highball glass, top with Ginger Ale and stir to combine. Garnish with a Maraschino Cherry and a distressed cocktail umbrella
