I was at a business networking event about 12 years ago. At the time, I had a very successful recruitment business and I remember thinking that I needed to automate some of my stuff. This guy did a talk about not automating stuff that doesn't work. He said that he saw a lot of business owners trying to automate before they'd tested, tried and decided.
