In episode 16 we chatted with radio personality Kayte O’Malley. You may recognise Kayte’s voice as she MC’s for Flirt FM, iRadio and Spin Southwest, so you’ve bound to have heard her at some point. She is also the recipient of the Bronze Newcomer Award from the IMRO Radio Awards. And she’s hun-trepreneur. Kayte shares with us her rollercoaster of a journey with her first stepping stone navigating a degree in Law from the University of Limerick, to presently MC’ing on 3 radio stations. Between all that though she completed a Masters in Irish Studies, as well as a number of other courses and diplomas. Some of which included Digital Marketing, Creative Writing, Radio Programme Production, Starting Your Own Business, and much much more. She really loves to learn. Not to mention her first nomination and her Bronze award win at the IMRO Radio Awards for best newcomer. This week’s episode is super fun and will be sure to have you laughing.
