Ingredients:

  1. 2 Shaarkandi (Sweet Potato) - peeled and sliced
  2. 2 Tbsp Oil
  3. 1 Dry Chilli (Optional)
  4. ½ Tsp Dhaniya Powder
  5. ½ Cup Coriander Leaves
  6. Sendha (Rock) Salt to Taste

Method:

  1. Take a nonstick pan, heat oil in it
  2. Add dried chilli, when its done, add sliced shakarkandi
  3. Cover, cook for 5 mins
  4. Add coriander powder and leaves, salt and mix well
  5. Cover and cook for 10 mins
  6. Serve hot
