We all know that pregnancy and birth change us emotionally and physically, but getting comfortable sharing the details isn't something a lot of new parents do. In today's episode, you'll hear from four different newly postpartum moms as they share what the transition to postpartum has been like for them and how it has affected their image of self. These recordings are from The Sacramento Postpartum Body Project — a project created by Shari at Navigating Parenthood where she interviewed each new mama and Ronnie Joy of Joy Lifestyle Photography took photos of them as they were in that moment of postpartum with their babies.
