In the first episode of series one host Emma Lister talks to classically trained dancer Zoë Ashe-Browne, currently an artist at the Royal Ballet of Flanders. They discuss her choreography for that company and The National Ballet of Ireland, the possible limitations of classical companies for the creative individual and the flaws of hiring ballet stars as artistic directors.
We discussed Zoë’s pieces Us and Flux, full films of which are on her website.
