She is also Counsellor and Coach and the Founder of Light and Life Consult, an Online Mental Health Hub. She has been a Counselling Practitioner for over 10 years with a special focus in Person Centred Therapy and CBT with an interest in how the Family cultural dynamic and upbringing frames individual mental wellbeing.
