Being as busy as I am, I'm always on the hunt for ways to get more energy to accomplish more things, or just get through my day in one piece. One thing I tried was Ashwagandha. It's been in the news quite frequently in the past few years and I thought it was worth a shot as more and more studies have been emerging.
