Mindset is EVERYTHING when it comes to growing and maintaining your business. If you can dive into the right kind of mindset as an entrepreneur, then you will have the confidence to attract aligned clients and prioritize YOU so that you can grow a successful business.

In this episode, I wanted to share with you the mistakes I’ve made, what I wished I knew earlier in my career, and the most impactful mindset shifts and lessons I learned in 2021 that helped me scale my business. If I can help anyone who’s in the process of scaling whether they’re adding a new income stream or growing their team, I want to be as open as possible about them.

In today’s episode we cover:

- Understanding you cannot do everything on your own and why bringing on a team is your key to growth

- Adopting a CEO mindset to do the activities that actually move your business forward

- Becoming self-aware of your strengths and your weaknesses and learning how to use them to your advantage

- Why focusing on executing in the present is keeping your business stuck

- Being open to failure and making mistakes

- Building self-confidence and self-belief to attract the right kind of clients

- Beating ‘analysis paralysis’ and why it’s killing your productivity

- Learning to say NO and ways you can start prioritizing yourself to better serve you as the CEO
