Daven Michaels started his 1st career as an entrepreneur at the age of 15, a company that designed clothing. Daven has an overseas outsourcing firm that is based in the Philippines that offer virtual assistants called 123Employee. He also is the best selling author with books; Outsource Smart: Be Your Own Boss ... Without Letting Your Business Become the Boss of You, received critical acclaim and made the New York Times best-seller list. He is a great guy and someone I can call a friend. In this episode, we touch on how he has grown his business. In true Daven style, he congratulates his amazing team and credits them with all of his success. I think it is fair to say he is extremely humble.
