The 1080 Sprint is an awesome piece of technology and definitely a competitive edge of mine as a speed coach. Over the last 3 years, I've tracked a bunch of sprints and dove done a lot of different rabbit holes. In this episode I'm going to share all my experiments, successes, failures, and everything I've learned to help you understand (almost) everything the 1080 Sprint can do.

This is a very visual episode with a bunch of video examples, please consider watching this episode on YouTube linked below on my channel.
