Ava Walker experienced foster care and homelessness as a teen. She founded Beyond Our Kin to help foster youth and increase foster care awareness. Growing up in a household that hosted foster youth, David Jepson became CEO of The CEO magazine and a board advisor for Beyond Our Kin. His perspective brings empathy to this topic and helps us navigate our accountability and responsibility for creating something better.
