On this episode I sit down with Evan Holladay to learn more about is development company. Evan provides low income housing to people in the Nashville and surrounding areas. He uses tax credits to help him achieve this and these projects normally take 4-5 years to fully complete. It's a very slow process but Evan describes how he does what he does and most importantly how he learnt to do what he does today, which came from his job!
