In this episode, we just talk a little about ourselves. Many people wonder why we do what we do. Junior is a husband, father, Pop Pop, pastor, small farm owner and business owner. Carlee is a wife, mom, Mimi and business partner to Junior. We both have had some formal training both in coaching or counseling and in communication. So, why do we have a marriage ministry? Our marriage ministry was birthed after some of the hardest years of our own marriage.
Both of us grew up in dysfunctional families and we had to make a decision to break the cycle. the Bible calls this sins of the father or you may have heard it referred to as an iniquity of the father. Basically, we tend to mimic what we have seen our parents do....healthy or not. When we went through a difficult season that made us really dig in and start working both on our personal relationship with the Lord as well as our marriage relationship. We began to see many struggling. Many were ashamed to talk about it.
It shouldn't be this way. In this world, we will struggle. In this flesh, we will struggle. We want to help bring light and love to the problems in many marriages. The enemy works in darkness.

Confess - That Jesus is LORD (Romans 10:13)
