This episode is with my fav Japanese powerlifter, Kanan. We connected through insta because of powerlifting...it is very rare to find someone who does PL in Japan. She is a 52kg powerlifter based in Japan. Kanan grew up in Australia and came to Japan for college. She studies exercise physiology in undergrad!
We got to talk about her experience in both Australia and Japan as well as our common hobby, powerlifting.
