In this episode, our host and Co-Founder of MING Labs Sebastian Mueller talks to Tim Wieringa, a passionate ambassador with 20 years work experience for positive leadership, design thinking and intrinsic motivation. He guides teams and organizations to improve their agility and excellence in all aspects of the business, focusing on the people side of the change, what he likes to call “People Excellence”. Currently at Huntsman, he is an internal consultant for innovation and collaboration. In this role he is working in the areas of product development, R&D and manufacturing and guides the teams to improve on cross-silo collaboration and agile innovation.
