Michigan football beat Minnesota in a very similar fashion to how it beat USC, with a final score of 27-24, falling apart in the second half, and letting the other team get within a whisper of leaving The Big House with a victory. And many Michigan fans are very unhappy with the win, but we see a lot of bright spots -- and we're not just looking on the sunny side of the street.

The offense needs some time to put things together, and it's really close. Will it get there? We can't say for sure, but we've seen a lot of signs, both in the execution and the playcalling. The defensive lapses in the second half notwithstanding, there are some positives to take away, but fans should adjust their expectations and take each week as it comes.
