Desireé is an attorney and creative storyteller that meshes street & book smarts to influence culture through law. Hailing from Vallejo, CA, she prides herself on her direct and relatable delivery by educating audiences in both the legal and media industries.
Before launching Talley Law Group, a boutique entertainment law firm, Desireé held legal roles at BDG Media, Viacom Media Networks, ASCAP, Pandora Media, and Turner Entertainment Networks. She has been awarded for her work representing creatives and honored as Top 40 Under 40 Attorneys.
Present day, Desireé has emerged as a powerful voice in the conversation where business, law, and pop culture intersect. She is a writer, public speaker, creator and host of POPLAW Podcast, and Vice President, Legal & Business Affairs at REVOLT Media & TV. Desireé is a graduate of Hampton University, St. John’s University School of Law, and the Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music at NYU (Music Industry Essentials) certificate program.
