We are so excited to share this episode with one of our favorites over here at Left o'. John-Allison Weiss has been sharing their music with the world since 2007, releasing a handful of albums full of pop gems as catchy and radio-ready as they are earnest and introspective–a balance not everyone can get away with. Over the past couple of years, we’ve been lucky enough to work with John-Allison a few times, streaming their headlining Philamoca show in 2021 and hosting them here in the Left of the Dial studio for a really stellar live session late last year. (If you missed it then, stay tuned to leftofthedial.fm for your chance to catch it again.) Today, though, they’re here to talk about their newest album, The Long Way, which was released last Friday, February 17th on Get Better Records. If you haven't yet, you can and absolutely should pick it up now. Like, right now.

Purchase The Long Way out now on Get Better Records.

Watch the video for "Different Now" because it's perfect.

West Coast, catch John-Allison on the road with Future Teens
