This 15 minute pod cast blends both my dry land lesson and guidance tips in the water. I cover how to balance on the board, catch waves, pop to a stance, paddle out for waves, and carve. After 7 years of teaching full time and year around to over 1,000 students, I have learned what students need to hear. Listen to it on any devices over and over until you have mastered the techniques. Listen before you go in the water and after you have been in the water. You want to practice correctly. The techniques will sink in.
