In the workplace, we often find ourselves interacting with a wild variety of personalities—some productive, others a bit more dangerous. Inspired by Jeroen Kraaijenbrink's "10 Dangerous Personalities to Avoid," this webinar explores how to recognize, manage, and even lead these personalities, rather than simply avoid them.
Jennie and Craig as they discuss practical strategies for dealing with common workplace challenges, including how to lead difficult personalities and manage up with impact. You’ve likely encountered many of these characters before. Here’s a sneak peek: The DODO (Dangerous Outdated Opinions): A relic of the past, clinging to ideas that have long lost their relevance. Their outdated wisdom may sound authoritative, but it rarely leads to progress.
The ZEBRA (Zero Evidence But Really Arrogant): Confident and brash, yet with little substance to back it up. Their arrogance often derails team efforts and clouds sound judgment. The MOUSE (Muddled Opinions, Easily Swayed): Timid and indecisive, their opinions change with the wind, making it hard to rely on them for clear direction or decisions. The WOLF (Working on the Latest Fire): Constantly in crisis mode, jumping from one problem to another, they often miss the bigger picture and the opportunity for lasting solutions.
This webinar will equip leaders, colleagues, and those managing upward with impactful tools and strategies for working alongside these personalities and fostering a more productive and harmonious workplace.
