Julie is the owner of Not Your Hobby Marketing Solutions, with over 20,000 hours of experience on the business side of the specialty beer industry and more than 15 years of experience working in the service industry. She is an authority on beer sales, marketing, team management, distributor partnership management, supply chain logistics, and customer service. Her consulting company offers online educational programs and customized coaching services designed specifically to teach business skills to craft beverage professionals. She has been featured on multiple beverage industry podcasts, spoken at multiple corporate and independent organizations about the importance of business skills in the beer industry, and is a published author. Julie is Cicerone Certified, co-lead of the Pink Boots Society Denver chapter, a member of the Brewers Association, the Colorado Brewers Guild, and Women of the Vine & Spirits, and resides in Colorado with her husband and two children.
