I’m so fascinated by Cass’ work, it was an absolute pleasure chatting about the contrast between the life she once lived to now, her personal highs and lows during both pregnancy and motherhood, and her now pursuing a career filled with personal passion, healing, and self-love. Cass helps women embody their true feminine essence, guiding them back to their body, to their innate wisdom and power. Working with the ancient plant medicine of Cacao, she holds sacred ceremonial space for women to drop deep into their heart portal. Cass has a holistic approach to wellness to bring women back to balance and alignment.
