Lee, who has a background in communication, counseling, and education, currently leads the Detroit College Access Network. Regalado, a Dominican immigrant from Brooklyn, developed her passion for college counseling at St. John's University. Both women share their experiences as first-generation college students and discuss the importance of exposing students to all educational pathways, including two-year institutions, four-year institutions, and skill trade pathways.
