Prior to joining BHE, Christina spent nearly a decade at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, serving as an attorney and advisor to Chairman Wellinghoff. A native Oregonian, Christina has also served as an administrative law judge at the Public Utility Commission of Oregon.
