How to make a quantum bit for a quantum computer
In this video, Martin Saurbrey Bjergfelt, who is head of the NBI CleanRoom laboratories at the Niels Bohr Institute, together with master's students Magnus Oddershede and Oliver Liebe and process engineer Zhe Liu, demonstrate how they produce quantum bits with e.g. electron beam lithography.
NBI Cleanroom is a research infrastructure user facility for nanofabrication and characterization. Our facility serves research groups at Niels Bohr Institute (NBI), Department of Chemistry (KEMI), external academic groups (e.g. from DTU), and commercial research groups (e.g. Microsoft Quantum, Sparrow Quantum).
