In SLED Agent Investigating the Roadside Shooting — Part 3, we conclude our look at the direct examination of SLED agent Ryan Kelly who responded to the roadside shooting of Alex Murdaugh in September of 2021. Specifically Prosecutor Creighton Waters plays for the jury the second half of Agent Kelly’s telephone interview recording in which the defendant confesses that he arranged for Curtis Eddie Smith to shoot him and make it look like a homicide.
